Reflection 1
I learnt in our previous meeting that took place in 18-04-2013 at 11:30 AM in HCT F13 several things. First, I discovered that meetings could be very effective in organizations because we distributed the project work among us and it was very organized since nothing went wrong as everyone knew what their role was. However, my role was to summarize all opinions while taking notes so we have them provided whenever needed. I also accomplished several ideas such as building new parking in the empty spaces that are provided in the college if the student numbers increased. Anyhow, there were some differences in the practice meeting and the graded meeting. In the practice meeting my ideas were already prepared but in the graded meeting I wasn’t prepared at all and this alerted me on how creative I could be. At last, in the future I would do a sudden meeting to make them aware that they should always be ready with their ideas. And I would make it interesting by having some employees do their own presentation so we could have an interesting meeting that could always be effective.
